How much does it cost?

How do I pay and what types of payments work?

Payment is through the automated patient portal system. All major forms of credit/debit cards will work.

Do I have to purchase a plan?

No! If you need to be seen urgently, Leah can help! Of course memberships do have their perks, but this one we leave up to you.

Do you take insurance?

Currently this is a cash-pay consultation service.

How does the visit work?

Once you book your appointment, we will have paperwork which will need filled out prior to your appointment. When it's time for your appointment, a text message or email (your preference) will be sent for you to login and join.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel at anytime for the next month's service. There are no contracts or fees associated with ending your membership. Want to resign up? Easy, we can accommodate.

How do I reactivate my membership?

Easy! Simply select your membership of your choice after logging back into your patient portal. Once you have made your payment, your membership will start up again.

When will I be charged for my appointment?

When you schedule, your card will be charged at 50% of the rate based on the appointment which you have chosen. An invoice will be sent to you once the visit has been completed. This will need to be paid before any prescriptions management, if needed, is completed.

What if I need to follow up after my urgent care appointment?

You can always sign into your patient portal account and message the team. We check our messages often and will return your inquiry in the order they are received. If you are experiencing emergent symptoms, please seek the ED for further treatment.

What if I need a refill on my prescription?

Depending on which service you have selected will decide prescription management. Please refer to the pricing guide above for more information.

About Your Provider

Leah Powell is a board certified family nurse practitioner since 2020. She has focused much of her practice, tailoring care to the pediatric and mental health populations with the additional women's healthcare focus. Leah's passion for helping the women's health population outside of the traditional brick-and-mortar model aligns with recent healthcare needs and trends. She believes there are other ways to achieve excellent medical care than the long waits at a primary care office. Ultimately, Leah hopes for women to feel like they have a place to go NOW and not LATER.
